Reversal of Rehearsal
The timings are very critical in project management. After the time & date is gone & over. The project goes in the reversed. Meaning the project director pays back to the company from their pocket. They usually send an incharge to monitor their activities and on top the director has to pay a reversed delay fee on hourly basis starting from in some cases $80/= per hour. To take care of what is to come in the name of the project or has already came or just as a formality mentioned in the terms and conditions of how it works.
Second possibility of project management was a freelancer that ran away in the middle of it taking along all the details. My mistake can't do jack about it.
Eitherway the reversal process for a delayed project is very important after the due date is over. Or else someone else going to make sure of it even if it wasn't mentioned in the terms & conditions because mind you that's how it works in the civilised world.
Now keeping the above details in mind. For a Missile when on day one the idea came on an A4 to develop it with all the possible scenarios to make the penalty in effect. Because they didn't work properly or whatever the reasons to deal with them are.
It isn't just the penalty of death based on crossing the limits. But since the Missile idea came on A4 till it was fired it was the reversal of rehearsal in mind. Reversed time or penalty to the extent that they publicly announce 10 9 8 7 6 5 4... When firing it. There is no project or a date of completion but it just gets fired in the Reversed Count to keep charging the penalties of whatever comes into it's contact. And that's how the life of every Missile is. In the Reversed Sense. Something like I already said once and I don't see it. Something like I didn't just spend a month on it but it's already been a month since. Something like it's approaching it's approaching... And they spend millions on buying time by any method. Just one last shag or last few moments with someone and it approached and all of them tasted death together. Knowing not-knowing but they acted as such buying time for themselves.
It's always in the reversed count taking or charging the penalties. Digi tal versus Circular. 10 o'clock everybody has to be here at work. For some it's still a year before 10 for some someone told them not to. And nobody came because it's still a thousand miles before 10. That's very ghanta or circular clock of them.
The digital clock ones all showed up at 10 o'clock sharp. Regardless when that's going to happen.
But the fact of the matter the Missile isn't only digital but it's reverse. The hell bent reversed count kind. And that's for every missile out there or at least should be. Can anyone change it to the extent that the digital doesn't work no more and that it becomes circular on regular basis? Don't think so. But obviously that's just one missile that works like that. Very educated people related to any kind of field in life might work in any different way possible than this or other than this. Obviously not everybody is a Missile that has that publicly announced reversed count life-style and not just only the digital.
But at least the people that works around along side any Missile then that's the deal. And making sure of that it works in any condition or location that's the deal. The Time Limit or The Time Frame on daily basis. Starting from a smoke or a fag to the cup of tea. It wont go into Reverse but it's the Reverse it-self. And it's absolutely normal but for the Missile it-self. Not for anyone else.
