In the 1980's on-wards. If any one at all caught seeing or eaves-dropping to someone, they were immediate to sent them to Institutions unknown to mankind. Statue of Liberty was Ok though, and all that existed around it, regardless of gender, race and color.

When NATO came out, you had to have a license to use certain gadgets in certain Pyramids. Such as Tempest needed a license from UN or NATO. If caught, gone!

Eaves-dropping or listening plus devices like tempest has gone so viral and nothing seems to be done about it. They claim we can see you and hear you. But why are they getting involved to begin with? And who or what gives them access to exercise the rights that can put them into non-existence.

But it could be that they are putting non-existence into existence. And pulling our own Technology on ourselves. Such obvious hadra's or dimensions should be restricted to mingle with rest of the existence.

I remember watching a movie once as a Kid. Where Russia had a secret nuke program in which humans turned into things further turned in to things. That sits behind the human eyes. And watches everything until were told by someone to escalate. The ones that moved to the US were in high security prison research camps a long with labs. Because they couldn't kill them otherwise.

The movie had a dark Establishment feeling.
