Terrorism can be described as a phenomena that challenges the Laws established by the State Government. Religion on the other hand can serve as a tool to make those Laws work.

The problem rises when terrorism is used as a means to transport religion against the Rule of Law. But regulating the transporting industry won't suffice alone. We need to tackle the not just the root causes but where it hurts the most. Such as the places providing the necessary depth for them to flourish.

And by the way, terrorism isn't a word that can't be regulated. So, we need to find a new term without ending conditions to describe the menace. Picking the word from where it hurts the most can be a new start. Few terms are given below:
