It was somewhere in 1700's, in the quest to become the Greatest Wali of all Times, Shaykh Ahmed Tijani went to Hijaz for Hajj.
In Medina he came to know about Indian Secrets, he prayed in the Prophets Masjid for an opening in this domain. Later he came to know that there is an Indian Pole living there but he doesn't talk or see anyone. Shaykh went there anyway. A servent came and asked about his credentials and told him to wait. Few minutes later he came back with the note in his hand and said Shaykh cannot see anyone but he sent this to you, the note said in Warsh "I give you the complete Permission in all the Secrets of India."

As I told this true story to Shaykh Hassans Muqaddam in Medina, he kept looking above watching TV and in the end said Naveeeeeeeeed!@ "He was your Grandfather."
And yes!@# later I came to know exactly the same.
