Although, every society has some sort of values to live by. Ethics and Morality plays an important role, while we conduct daily routines and the moment of truth arrives sooner than later. The family system was shifted from Islamic values mainly because of the reason it couldn't survive the research done by the perpetrators to make it as twisted and sick as possible.

But the main thing is Islam never had such family system. Just like the teachings, the family is hidden as well. And once the moment of truth arrives you may or may not choose to find out about what the family is.
